Shipping Services:
All ordered items shipped within 3-5 working days after receiving payment confirmation. We use reputed couriers to ship our shipments like FedEx, DHL, TNT or EMS. Tracking number will be provided after dispatching the parcels.

Return Policy:
Yes we do accept returns on the following conditions. Feel Free to contact us within 30 days of delivery for any manufacturing defect/Order missing or partial order received/Damaged in Shipping.
I. Defective Order:
For damaged or defective items. If the order you received has a manufacturer's defect, please email us pictures of the defective item immediately. Once we receive the pictures we will notify you what to do next.
II. Damaged in Transit:
Inspect your package(s) before you accept it. If you see any damage and/or evidence of tampering on the outer packaging you MUST make sure that the delivery person makes a note of this damage on the delivery receipt. Once you've made sure the note of damage is on the delivery receipt, tell the delivery driver that you refuse to accept the damaged package, and then contact us immediately. As soon as we confirm with our carrier, we'll get a replacement/refund on its way to you.
III. Missing Orders:
If you received a partial order, contact us immediately. Please let us know exactly what you are missing. As soon as we confirm with our shipping dept., we'll get a replacement/refund on its way to you.
IV. Wrong Orders:
If you receive an item that you did not order, contact us immediately. In this case, please email us pictures of the item you received. As soon as we confirm with our shipping dept., we'll get a replacement on its way to you.
V. We will replace the item or refund the full cost of the item when replacement is unavailable.
